TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Another important component of the TRCL Placement and Higher Education Cell is its heavy emphasis upon providing professional and soft-skills training and development of our students. Apart from academic importance, TRCL believes in the need to provide training to its students to be able to efficiently and effectively undertake the work assignments that are part of their internships and placements. Over the years, the TRCL Placement and Higher Education Cell has collaborated with different professionals and trainers to engage with our students and equip them with suitable, required professional skills.

Professional Skills: From January to March 2020, TRCL Placement and Training Committee collaborated with Ms. Sonal Kumbhat, a soft-skills professional for a 7 week long professional skills training workshop with our students to equip them with professional skills, and train them on the importance of C.V. making, interview techniques and in building professional behavioural skills.
WEBINAR ASSOCIATIONS
1. Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law organized a national webinar on “Digital Transformation in Educational Institutes”, on 16th June 2020 in association with DigitalEdu IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The resource person was Mr. Yogesh Pawar, Director at DigitalEdu IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The webinar was organised for teaching and non-teaching faculty, which emphasized on the use of digital platform for educational purposes, in the current Covid-19 crisis. This national webinar was attended by professionals across the country.
2. Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law organized a webinar on “NCLT & NCLAT- Company, Insolvency and Competition Litigation”, on 2nd June 2020 in association with Burnished Law Journal. The Resource person was Adv. Manisha Chaudhary, Managing Partner at UKCA & Partners. The webinar was attended by students from TRCL who actively engaged with Ad. Manisha Chaudhary through a range of questions and discussions.
